Portfolio: Building the BSE Internal ERP System

Introduction:

This project details the development of an internal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for BSE. This custom-built solution aimed to optimize internal processes, enhance operational efficiency, and empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Challenges:

Prior to the ERP system, BSE relied on disparate data sources and manual processes, leading to:
